ProofPass is web software for product documents. One account gives you a public manufacturer page with your logo, a QR code per product, an archive of every version and delivery to your recipients with proof. You install nothing and need no IT project. Basis is free up to 10 products, with no payment details.

- For your whole range you drop in a folder of PDFs. How long that takes depends on the number of files.
- If you would rather hand it over, we set up your account for a one-off fee of €490 to €1,500.

Live in three steps
How long it takes depends on the size of your range. Your page is live after the first step.
Step 1
Create your account
Company name, email address, password. Basis needs no payment details. Your manufacturer page is live at once; logo and brand colour go under “Company”.
Step 2
Upload your documents
Drop in a folder of PDFs. ProofPass creates the products from the file names, and each gets its QR code.
Step 3
Deliver and embed
Add your recipients or paste a list from Excel. Every new version goes to them, with proof. Print the QR code on the label and embed the page in your website.
Questions about features and getting started
What does “ready in minutes” mean?
Account, manufacturer page and the first QR code are live as soon as you have created your first product with its PDF. How long your whole range takes depends on the number of files. You upload a folder at once and import the product list from Excel or CSV.
Do I need IT or an installation?
No. ProofPass runs in the browser. To embed it in your website you copy a short code from the dashboard into your page.
What does it cost?
Basis is free up to 10 products. Start costs €99, Pro €249 and Business €499 a month, net. You can try the paid plans for 14 days.
Does ProofPass make me compliant?
ProofPass provides delivery, archive and proof. Whether that meets your obligation depends on your case. The obligation is stated with its legal provision on every module page. We do not give legal advice.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account falls back to the free Basis plan and your documents stay online. With the audit pack you export everything as a ZIP in every plan.
