Questions about price and billing
- Is there a setup fee?
- No. You sign up without payment details, upload your PDFs yourself and import your product list as CSV. If you would rather hand setup over, we do it for a one-off fee of €490 to €1,500, depending on the size of your range. That is an offer, not a requirement.
- How does the trial work?
- On the paid plans you enter a payment method at checkout; the first charge comes after 14 days. If you cancel before that, you pay nothing.
- What happens if I cancel?
- At the end of the period your account moves to the free Basis plan. All documents, QR codes and the archive stay reachable; new products are then limited to the Basis allowance.
- How is billing handled?
- Through Stripe, by card or SEPA direct debit. EA Digital Solutions e.U., Graz, issues the invoice. Businesses in the EU outside Austria pay without Austrian VAT when they give a VAT ID (reverse charge).
- We have more than 5,000 products.
- Write to office@proofpass.eu. Larger ranges and an import from your ERP are possible.
- Is the dashboard available in English?
- Yes. You choose the language of the dashboard and of the emails to you under company settings. The terms and the data processing agreement are in German, and the German text is the binding one.
