You upload a new safety data sheet. All confirmed recipients on the distribution list receive the new version. You enter whom you supplied in the last twelve months. You see who opened it.

A download is not delivery.
On the widely held reading, a PDF on your website is not enough. The safety data sheet has to reach the recipient.

When there is new hazard information, the new version goes without delay to every recipient of the last twelve months.

What the safety data sheets module does.

Distribution list with proof
Every version goes to the recipients of the product. Sent, opened and downloaded carry a timestamp and export as CSV.

An archive that overwrites nothing
New version in, old version to the archive, with its period of validity. The discontinuation date on the product starts the ten years.

Folder instead of form
Upload many PDFs at once. Product, document type and language come from the file name; matching names become the new version.

A QR code that stays
One code per product for the label, the container and the delivery note. It always points to the current version.

All products at one address, with your logo. Embeddable in your website, on your own subdomain from the Pro plan.
