The Construction Products Regulation (EU) 2024/3110 applies. The declaration of performance and conformity follows product family by product family.
Regulation (EU) 2024/3110Online means unchanged and retrievable.
If you provide the declaration on a website, you keep it unchanged and retrievable for at least ten years.
Delegated Regulation (EU) No 157/2014Two bodies of law, one product.
Sealants and adhesives need a declaration of performance and a safety data sheet, each with its own rules.
